Linda DeCarlo specializes in educating, supporting and inspiring entrepreneurial and executive women (and a few cool men!) who struggle with what she calls ODD (Overwhelm, Doubt and Distraction).
She is a Transformational Coach and Fortune 500 Speaker/Trainer and founded Joyful Success Coaching in 2009.
Linda is the creator of the Mindset Mastery for Busy Women™ Coaching and Training Program and is a co-author of Successful Transformation: Expert Coaches Share Their Transformational Secrets.
Through Linda’s Coaching and Training, clients discover if what they believe, think, feel and say (to themselves and others) supports their best habits and action. Clients then learn to use both inner and outer success tools so they can move through tough challenges to achieve their most important personal and work goals with more joy and less stress. Without exception, Linda’s smart, visionary and compassionate clients are committed to using their gifts to make the world a much better place.
Linda’s clients describe her approach as deeply insightful, supportive, empowering, practical and down to earth. They love that she is easy to talk to and a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and resources.
Because of the personal and work leaps they make, most of Linda’s clients work with her multiple times over several years as different life and work situations arise and goals evolve and change. She is so honored and appreciative that they consistently refer her to others.

She is happily married to her long-time husband (and Operations God) Jim, and is proud mom to her son, Michael, who is a working actor/voice over pro in New York.
